In conclusion, both ChatGPT and Claude respond better in English, and Claude-2.1 is doing better than GPT especially in rap and email writing.
However, GPT do much better job in understanding Chinese prompt than Claude, the latter refuses often to respond to Chinese requirements though the contents are totally the same in Chinese and English.
